Feel Bump Under Skin in Back Area

I have attached a picture of a bump that I felt/found on Dooley last night. He doesn't yelp when I press it or feel it. He is running and moving fine. It does feel hard when I press it and around it. He is eating fine, playing fine, laying around fine.

Any ideas what it might be? Should I have my bet look at it? I am at a loss and need some assistance so any comments would be appreciated.

I'm not really one for going to the doctor (for myself or Watson) unless it's really needed, so I think that if he isn't bothered by it and has normal activity, just keep an eye on it. If it gets bigger or if he starts acting funny, then take him to the vet! They know their bodies much better than we do, and he'll let you know if something is wrong!
