Collar or harness?

And that's why people should teach their dogs too.Pulling isn't nice.Especially when you have 4 dogs,for example.And I don't correct my dogs so rough,but I can't imagine giving them a correction with a harness.Not even a mild one.

Kiki & Mokka never wear a collar when they stay at my place, on walks they are 99% of the time of the leash.

tools can be abused

i think for long dogs, collars especially if they pull.

special halters are great for car rides though.

my girl only wears a collar when ww are walking or coming back from a walk.

In my opinion, if you are going to get a harness, check out the different types. I believe that collar lovers will convert. I have had nothing but great experiences with this company.

That harness is a lot like the one my boys are wearing (the first pic). Our harness is made of soft but durable fabric, so it's very light and dries fast even after a swim in the lake.

In the second pic is Manu with his trailing harness. It is a T-shaped harness, so it's not as good as a Y-shaped one. The front part can go up on his throat if he pulls. Fortunately Manu doesn't pull at all (not even when trailing), so it doesn't matter. That harness is a part of his trailing gear now, so I can't change it unless I absolutely have to. He knows what to do when he has that harness on.
