Shortest day of the year

This morning, sunrise is at 8:30am and sunset is at 4:30pm. It's a balmy -27C/-16.6F and with the windchill it -37C/-34.6F.

I am curious how you folks who are more northern than us are managing. lol

Ooohh is that extra cold for you at this time of year Penny?

We haven't had any snow yet this year and we normally get some before Christmas. Maybe it will arrive for Christmas day to make it extra special.

We get a lot of days of -27c and colder over the winter.
This is why my pups pee on papers inside. lol
