Random Bumps Found

Any input? We relocated to a new place. Not sure if I should be worried.
It's scabbed and fallen off. The hair has fallen off where the bump is. When I did apply alcohol, bug bite pads on the area there were no signs of pain.

It is dry skin bumps, our pup had one, we put neosporin on it a couple of days and have been giving smart balance oil in their food. We haven't seen any since.
