Hi. I'm glad to have found this forum. While I'm far from a stranger to dogs, I admit that iAM new to being owned by a dachshund. It really wasn't something that I set out to do but it happened and now I'm in love.
I'm a dog trainer of over 30 years with a specialty in behavior disorders. And bless her little doxie heart, Sadie sure fits into that category. She is roughly a year old and had been traded through the system until a wonderful rescue group picked her up.
I will tell her whole story tomorrow in a post under Training, as I am going to need some help with this one. I look forward to getting to know everyone and reading your stories. Thanks for all the story that you give.
