My doxie mix recently acquired a little open wound on the top of his nose and keeps digging in blankets and breaking it back open. It doesn't seem to bother him, but he keeps getting blood everywhere! Any one have treatments to help heal his nose up quicker? Thanks!

Doxies do that...Just make sure it is cleaned each time he keeps opening the wound up. Put neosporin on it after it is cleaned. But don't lather it up, just enough right on the area. It will take a bit but with time it should heal itself.
