I made these last year and since the witch's hats are out already at Dollarama, I thought I would post these for you folks to try this year if you'd like.

For these outfits...


Buy one of these...


Remove the brim of the hat and cut like this...



I had a little bit of light weight velvety stuff (also from Dollarama) that I made into a little bit of a collar and skirt. A little bit of velcro fastens the part under the ribs...



There you go!!


Don't forget that Dollarama's Christmas stockings can likewise be turned into a fashionable outfit to make your diva the talk of the town at any event!
