I've got a photo or two of Georgia running around in the summer where's she's nicely muscled and lean. If you can keep them like this in their adult years, they will age very well.

Haven't been on here in a while (been busy!) but thought I'd pop in and I'm glad I did. I keep Nola on the lean side of normal (using this flow chart, she fluctuates between a B and a C: The Royal Canin Weight Management Clinic). I can feel her ribs, hips and spine and see some ribs. She has incredible muscle tone, too.

She'll be two years and 6 months next month, and weighs 8lbs. She's training for Agility, will be doing Rally-O and possibly therapy work, and gets tons of exercise. Just today she went on a 4-5 mile off leash walk and run at the beach, then came home and we played with the flirt pole for 30 minutes.
