Dachshund of the Month!?

I was looking through some of the galleries and albums and noticed that it looks like they use to do a "Dachshund of the Month photo". I think that is such a great idea! Does anyone know who was in charge of that, and if that is something that we could encourage to come back?

I like it! I already voted.. hehe
The only thing I would suggest, would be to maybe figure out a way to get only the photos you want in the contest up on the page. If someone isn't paying attention to the name, they might be seeing a different photo they think they are voting on, if more than one are in a comment etc.

Yes, it would be good if I could figure out how to do that. Without owning the pics, I'm not sure I can post just the pics.

Maybe I (or whoever wants to take on a month) could name the number of the post in the thread.
