Nitro is a severely vision impaired doxie that is so amazing. He was competing in agility this past weekend, and we are so very proud of him. He's a very brave boy to get past the noise, new place and smells, to work the course. Well done, sweetie!
(He's 10 yrs old and started agility late, I think it was 8 yrs old)

Oh my god! How does he do that?! So great for him to have an active life :)

Dogs dont use vision like us humans. They use smell and ears more so he is probibly not as impaird as a human would be :)

unbelievable

I am so proud of him!!!! And he isn't' even my dog. Good for him!

Amazing!!! I love how you have gotten him to stretch past his problems. You have given him a great gift.

Just so you know, he's my friend's dog. Her dogs are related to mine and this is how we got to know each other. She has the grandpa, aunts and uncles to my dogs. She has done extremely well with her dogs and they would go to the moon and back for her. One lady who has a lab, said, Think about it, she trains dachshunds. Enough said. lol
