A double dabble will have large white patches. Check out some picture's of DeafDog's dogs, she has double dapples. One small white patch doesn't really mean much. One of Watson's brothers had a white patch for a few weeks but it grew out.

He is much better today! I ended up not giving him anything last night, because I didn't want him getting sick overnight. DH fed him this morning and he didn't have any problems. I didn't think he was like sick-sick, just ate-too-fast-or-something-sick, but I'm glad he's better.
