I believe it varies. Yosuke started to lose his around 4-5 months. Our first dachshund lost his first one around 6 months.

Yosuke brings me all his teeth when they fall out. He jumps up on my lap rattles it around in his mouth like he's chewing on a cookie and then spits it out on my lap. Gross but hilarious. lol LOL! How funny that she found it so much later and in her shoe!! And how the others have been found...

Just got back from the vet. Ears are clean - no infection! yay! Vet said he must have rolled in something because she agreed they smelled terribly but couldn't find the source inside his ear. Came home with some stronger cleaning solution and a shampoo that is for extra tough odor. Hoping...

Sounds fishy to me. If you are allowing your doxie to get pregnant/breeding it should be your responsibility to find the pups a new home. Maybe it's time to get your girl spayed and stop breeding if you can't find the pups new homes on your own time. If you mean dropping them off to a pet...

Not that I can see. His ears don't appear to have anything in them, just smell funny. That is why I'm concerned. I think it might be deep inside his ear not just on the immediate inside.
