Puppies are so fun! :D The first few weeks are the best but also tricky. If you're planning to crate train (highly recommend) then start now. I also recommend taking them to the vet and getting a check-up right away if you haven't already. They usually have a "first few weeks home" puppy...

Sounds like he's just teething really bad. I'd try giving him a Kong stuffed and frozen. I freeze Yosuke's Kong for about 10-15 minutes with peanut butter and cherrios in it when he is teething really bad. Works like a charm every time - soothes his gums but also teaches him to chew on the toy...

I just add a little extra kibble to my doxie's bowl at each feeding when he needs to gain and take away a little when he needs to lose. I also try to keep his activity level as close to the same as possible so that is less of a factor.

Adding at most a Tablespoon of water and microwaving to my 1/2 c. of dry food usually works great on the days when my little guy is being picky and stubborn. Especially when he smells the cat's canned food (she gets canned once a week). lol
