He is approximately 16 weeks old. This progress is super huge for us because he and his mom and litter were puppy mill rescues, when the pups were approximately 1 week old. We got him at about 10 weeks if i remember correctly, and he had been crated with mom that whole time in the foster home...

Okay thank you :) He has a big broad chest but you're correct that it hasn't sunk down yet, I had wondered about that too... His broad chest combined with his stout little legs is one of my favorite things because it shows off his markings which I think are beautiful too! He's just so gorgeous...
