I'm sorry Zoe has you worried. I don't know alot about that... I'm currently researching epilepsy as mine seems to have developed it these dogs of ours give us such heartache and worry... but they're worth every moment of it!

See if he'll eat a quality canned food. I personally don't believe in feeding dry food, or in feeding the same thing day after day. I always float their kibble or mix it with canned and water. Mine get quite a variety, to keep them from getting bored and to give them different amino acids...

Well, the only dry foods I'll feed are Champion (Orijen,Acana), Horizon (Pulsar, Legacy) Fromm, and First Mate. Canned I feed Go, First Mate, Nature's Variety Instinct and Fromm. Dehydrated/freeze dried I feed Orijen, DNA and The Honest Kitchen. I also feed raw.

I would not feed either, personally. Blue Buffalo is untrustworthy, and TOTW is made by Diamond, who had all those serious recalls a year and a half ago. But if you must feed one, I'd go with TOTW as it has less carbs and fillers than BB. Though both are better than alot of foods on the market.

Weight control is so important for our little shorties. To start off with they probably wont eat alot in one sitting. I have had to train alot of dogs to eat when fed. It can take up to 3 days of being tough, but they'll learn. 10 minutes is way longer than I give... new fosters and such...
