Lilys Kitchen v Butternut Box

Hi
Have a 3 year old male dachshund.
He's a rescue so not much history but is on Lilys Kitchen food as it is the 'best for him'. I am guessing due to the ingredients. He does seem to scratch a lot and chew his paws. I am thinking about introducing food from the Butternut Box range.
Any advice please or has anyone else introduced other food thats good for the breed for their joints/back?

I have fed a raw diet for over 25 years (and many dachsies) and find that it helps greatly with skin problems, anal gland problems and just general health. It's not for everyone, but I find it very helpful
