    Hi, and little question about character!

    Hi, I'm new here. I have been considering buying our first Dachshund. Is there really an obvious different in the nature of Standard Smooth Haired and Standard Longhaired? I hear that Longhairs are more sweet and laid-back and shorthairs more feisty.
