Spaying

Hi, I have a dachshund cross but she does look like a pure breed so must take after her dad (pure breed)with a long back.. I have recently booked her to be spayed on Wednesday but now having second thoughts and have cancelled until further research taken,as seems to be alot of pros and cons with that particular breed Being prone to higher risk of spine problems having had this procedure.. Advice would be much appreciated
