My dog Cruzer got a raw chicken thigh bone out of the trash and practically swallowed it whole. Should I be worried? Is there anything I can do to help him pass it?

How's he doing, did it cause any problems? Only been a couple of days but figured there could have been changes already.
Raw chicken bones are softer so there's a better chance of them passing them without any problems, but it can still block up their stomach/intestines.
Whenever I deal with a dog who ate something it shouldn't have, I give it coconut oil. Seems to help things pass pretty quick.
