Hillsboro, OR - The elaborate plans put in motion by a would be burglar were nipped in the bud by a police dog with an exceptional nose and a penchant for curiosity.Gregory Liascos of Portland, OR was charged with burglary and malicious mischief after being discovered about a half mile from the Rice Northwest Museum of Rocks and Minerals in Hillsboro, Oregon.
