How to prevent heat stroke puppy?

Welcome. I live in a Country which has very long hot summers, but my little pup hides inside away from the heat unless I tell her to go out and make peepee.

She is very active first thing in the morning and again in the evening, but she seems to know when it is just too hot to go out.

If you live in an apartment it might be different and more difficult for you and your puppy to cope with heat. Just make sure that she has free access to water all the time.

And if you do live in an apartment, if you have a balcony put a child's paddling pool on it so that your pup can dunk itself in shallow water to keep cool.
