Los Angeles, CA - National Pit Bull Awareness Day is approaching at the end of this week and a Good Samaritan in Los Angeles is hoping to bring awareness to a Pit bull that recently came to be in her care.Last week, 2 police officers, along with two other Good Samaritans, rescued an adult male Pit bull from traffic in Downtown LA. The dog was terrified, but allowed the strangers to handle him.The dog was taken to the vet clinic where he received treatment for infections in his ears and his eyes.
